It is also unlawful to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site or host. Breach of this is unlawful and will be reported to the relevant authority.

Club Cullen (Wine Club) Terms and Conditions

By signing up to Club Cullen, members agree and consent to have their nominated payment method automatically charged on the quarterly or bi-annual anniversary of their first order, unless a date change, skip or cancellation has occurred.

When joining Club Cullen, the customer agrees to commit to a minimum billing period of 12 months, with the customers choice of quarterly or bi-annual orders. Members can elect to have their orders shipped (FREE to any domestic address in Australia) or picked up at the cellar door.

When a vintage is no longer available for an upcoming club order, it will be replaced with the new/current vintage of the same wine. If the same vintage is still available, it will remain the same for an upcoming order unless changed by the customer via the Members Portal, or by Cullen staff at the request of the customer.

Members have the ability to skip up to 2 consecutive orders, further skipping will automatically cancel a subscription. Membership benefits are retained when an order is skipped. Skipping can be done via the Members Portal or requested to Cullen to action on behalf of the customer.

or contact direct@cullenwines.com.au Our team is always happy to help and can action anything on your account at your request. Once the minimum billing period is met, members can request a cancellation via the email address listed above.

Pausing or cancelling a subscription will forfeit benefits associated with being a wine club member, such as member discounts, complimentary offers, and exclusive wine offers.

Online Store - Pricing 

Active subscribers to "Friends of Cullen" (mailing list) will receive a 10% discount to any order of 12 or more wines.* If the order total is under $500.00 a flat shipping charge of $20.00 will apply to any Australian domestic address. Shipping is complimentary on all orders of $500.00 and over.

*Must be actively subscribed to the mailing list to receive "Friends of Cullen" offers and benefits.

"Friends of Cullen" discount may not apply to promotional lines e.g. wine packs that are already discounted. Cullen reserves the right to change offers and pricing at any time, based on availability.
