Refund policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement, refund or repair if a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description.

If you receive a wine that is corked, oxidised, or otherwise faulty, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with the unfinished bottle and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

We don't accept returns for change of mind or for wines you've simply not enjoyed, in line with industry standard practice for alcohol.
