Shipping Policy

Cullen Wines uses Australia Post to ship all goods unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs, where applicable, are outlined at checkout.

Members of Club Cullen or The Cullen Family Group Club can log in to their online account to access shipping benefits. Orders of $500 or more receive complimentary shipping.

Please allow up to 10 business days from dispatch for delivery. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please email mailorder@cullenwines.com.au or call (+61) 08 9755 5277.

If you provide your email address at checkout, you will receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.

A signature is required for all deliveries unless otherwise specified and authorised by the customer. If no one is available to sign, a calling card will be left for collection from Australia Post. Cullen Wines does not accept responsibility for goods left unattended.

For international orders, Cullen Wines ships to a number of countries via Get Freighted. Please contact our customer service team for international shipping enquiries. Some countries have restrictions on the importation of wine.
