2022 PF Malbec

Dry farmed malbec grapes planted in 1995 were hand harvested on a fruit day from Mangan vineyard before naturally fermenting without additions. We have been making this pure wine without additions since 2012 and apart from the Pet Nat, is the purest wine we make – straight from vineyard to bottle.

ALCOHOL: 13.5%

Tasting Notes

Colour: Deep purple Bouquet: Roses, violets, mulberry Food: Confit duck, roast root vegetables with rose oil Palate: Juicy, unctuous fruit with fine grained tannins and the delicious long finish of a wine which doesn’t have any sulphur dioxide added

    Dry farmed Malbec grapes were handpicked at the Mangan Vineyard and naturally fermented. The wine shows fleshy, mouth filling fruit and spice with the support of fine tannins.
