2020 PF Malbec

This delicious wine is made from dry farmed malbec from the Mangan Vineyard, and is certified biodynamic and carbon positive. It was harvested on a fruit day in the biodynamic calendar, before being naturally fermented without additions. No preservatives have been used in the production of this wine.

This is one of the purest wines from Cullen, being naturally fermented then pressed off skins after 14 days, settling for one month in older oak before bottling. The style is bright, fresh, balanced and fine, with juicy, unctuous fruit and light tannins. Pretty almost pinot noir like… delicious drinking for any lover of malbec and supernatural wines.
