2019 Dancing In The Sun

Winemaker Notes

Vineyard:  Cullen and Mangan Vineyards

Varieties:  54% Sauvignon Blanc, 38% Semillon, 8% Verdelho

Harvest:  Fruit and Flower days during the 2019 Vintage

Oak:  Nil

Alcohol:  13.0%

Tasting Notes

Colour: Light gold with green tinges Bouquet: Perfumed and floral with some musk. Citrus and peaches Food: Soft cheese, brie, camembert, whiting, crab Palate: Floral with the fruits of pomegranate, grapefruit, pear, and a touch of Vietnamese mint. Rich, soft and supple with lovely balance.
