Reds
Red wine quality is defined to a large extent by the ripeness of tannin. The wine style is framed around these fine grained tannins coaxed from grapes grown on low yielding vines. This is the theme for all Cullen red wines and gives finesse, flavour and longevity.
Wines include the Diana Madeline Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot which is made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon, its complementary companions being Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc in varying amounts. Mangan East Block is made from grapes grown at the Mangan Vineyard and is a blend of Malbec, Petit Verdot and Merlot.
