Our Restaurant
The Cullen Restaurant overlooks the historic vineyard located in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. The building’s unique construction from granite and timber, blends harmoniously with the surroundings and provides a relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine, lunch or a coffee.
Our vineyard is Certified "A" Grade Biodynamic with the Biological Farmers Association and in keeping with this philosophy, all food in the restaurant is prepared using fresh, biodynamic and organic produce and is sourced from our own garden and select local producers.

Rob Broadfield awarded the Cullen Restaurant
one star in the West Australian Good Food Guide 2012, commenting that:
"Cullen Wines has taken the biodynamic, sustainable, green route with its wine-making and the ethos has spread to its kitchen. Chef Matt Egan has a big kitchen garden growing everything from butternuts to heritage tomatoes and from salad leaves to spring onions. It's the first thing you notice about his food – it's just born freshness. It literally sparkles with good fruit and veg. Low air miles are part of the equation, so Egan tries as best he can to source proteins from local producers: lamb, venison and local caught seafood. Even if the bloke can't cook – and he can – he has an extraordinary head start with produce like this."

The restaurant is open 7 days from 10am to 4.00pm. The full menu is available from 12pm to 3pm, with coffee, cake and platters available at all times.
