The fruit for this wine, which
came from the Mangan Vineyard, was picked at optimal low sugar levels.
It was fermented naturally and matured in French oak barrels for
22 months.

Colour: Medium to deep red.
Bouquet: Intense, sweet mulberry aromas with a touch
of blackberry.
Palate: Rich, pure and flavoursome. The attractive
raspberry and Satsuma plum flavours are perfectly complemented
by the excellent fine tannins. Good length.
Cellaring: Drink now and over next 5 years.
Food: Lamb, steaks, pasta and medium – flavoured
cheeses.
